Denim is a thicker yarn-dyed warp twill cotton fabric with dark warp, generally indigo, and light weft, generally light gray or boiled white yarn. Also known as indigo labor cloth.
Denim began in the western United States and was named after herders who used it to make clothes and pants. Warp yarn adopts a sizing dyeing combined with a one-step dyeing process. The special numbers are 80tex (7 British), 58tex (10 British), 36tex (16 British), etc., and the weft yarn special numbers are 96tex (6 British), 58tex (10 British), 48tex (12 British), etc., using 3/1 organization, and also using variable twill, plain or crepe organization denim. The grey cloth is finished with shrinkage resistance, the shrinkage rate is smaller than that of ordinary fabrics, the texture is tight, thick, bright in color, and the weave is clear. Suitable for men's and women's jeans, denim tops, denim vests, denim skirts, etc.
