Slub denim

Bamboo denim is regular on the cloth surface, that is, thick joints with basically equal pitch.

1) Form of expression

Used as warp yarn, the thick part of the slub yarn floats on the surface of the cloth. After washing and stone grinding, the amount of fading is large, forming intermittent white strips in the warp direction, causing continuous defects and falling. Used as weft yarn, the warp yarn at the intersection with the thick section floats on the surface. After washing and stone grinding, weft intermittent white strips appear.

2) Reasons for production

A The spinning cup is embedded in the cotton groove, such as cotton shell, metal, linen silk or cotton wax. The pitch of the bamboo yarn caused by the spinning cup embedded with debris is the diameter of the spinning cup multiplied by the pi, which is the circumference of the spinning cup.

B The installation position of the cotton feeding board, carding roller and spinning cup in the spinning machine is not good, or the teeth of the carding roller are inverted, resulting in regular changes in the cotton feeding amount.
